  28. Basics

  31. WARNING!! If you do not KNOW what the Yam configuration file is and 
  32. what it should look like, then DO NOT use this program. This is for
  33. people who know what to do with an editor, but want an easier way.
  34.  
  35. Polite requests for help will be handled as such:)
  36.  
  37. This program allows you to do quick changes to the Yam configuration file. 
  38. It handles renaming of folder directories, reordering them, changing sort 
  39. orders, renaming the folder within Yam, and editing most entries.
  40.  
  41. How to Install and Use
  42. ----------------------
  43.  
  44. 1) Place the program and its icon wherever you want. 
  45. 2) Make sure you have MuiRexx3.0a or higher installed correctly.
  46. 3) Start by clicking on the icon or using your favorite launcher.
  47. 4) Turn on the 'Help Bubbles' for what each area of the GUI does.
  48. 5) The lists are updated WHENEVER you press return in one of the
  49.    string gadgets. Make sure the right list item is active BEFORE
  50.    pressing return.
  51. 6) The only 'permanent' action done until a SAVE is the Rename. If
  52.    you change your mind, RENAME the archive back to its original
  53.    name before quitting or Yam will not be able to find that folder.
  54. 7) This is ALL the documentation there is. Use the Help Bubbles.
  55.    If this is not enough, then you probably DON'T want to use this.
